A LOOK BACK AT 2025
The practical forum brought together representatives of government, business, and the expert community to discuss real-world cybersecurity cases and the development of modern IT infrastructure. The focus was on proven tools, practical experience, and solutions already being used across critical infrastructure facilities, the public sector, and businesses.
Special attention was given to building and scaling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system resilience, and the protection of critical data. The forum became a platform for exchanging experience among top executives, CISOs, CIOs, heads of IT and security departments, and other professionals responsible for the resilience of IT systems.
OBJECTIVE
To showcase successful cases, effective solutions, and practical tools that help strengthen cybersecurity and ensure the stability of IT infrastructure in today’s Ukrainian environment.
Another key objective is to support the development of the cybersecurity ecosystem through the exchange of practical experience among representatives of government, business, and the expert community.

Serhii DemediukDeputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Deputy Head of the National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity, Police General of the Third RankPhD in Law and Professor at the Cybersecurity Department of the Cybersecurity Center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Has served in various positions within Ukraine’s law enforcement agencies since 1994. For outstanding achievements in professional and operational training, he was awarded the state decoration “For Impeccable Service,” 3rd Class.

Vitalii BalashovDeputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine for Cybersecurity and Cloud TechnologiesPreviously worked at EPAM Digital and the Kharkiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Examinations. Today, he is responsible for the cybersecurity of Ukraine’s government IT infrastructure, the security of digital services, and the implementation of modern cloud technologies.
His areas of expertise include information security standards, including those related to artificial intelligence, the development of cyber diplomacy, shaping transparent policies for cloud solutions, and fostering public-private partnerships in cybersecurity.

Oleh ShemetovCISO, Ministry of Defence of UkraineAn information and cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience. His career has progressed from security administrator to Deputy Director for Information Security, giving him extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.
A state expert in technical information protection and a PECB Certified Chief Information Security Officer.
He has deep expertise in building information security management systems, implementing international standards, and developing cybersecurity strategies at the national level.

Roman SobolDeputy Head of the Security Department, Naftogaz of UkraineA leading cybersecurity expert in the energy sector with over 12 years of experience. He began his career in the Cyber Police and later worked at Ukrtransgaz, Gas TSO of Ukraine, SE “Naftogazbezpeka,” and Naftogaz of Ukraine.
He contributed to the creation of the sectoral SOC within Naftogaz Group and also headed it. His experience includes implementing ISO/IEC 27001 standards and developing strategies to protect critical infrastructure from cyberattacks. His expertise contributes to strengthening the cyber resilience of Ukraine’s energy sector.

Yevhen DereviankoBusiness Development Director, ST&TA cybersecurity, OSINT, and blockchain investigations analyst and consultant with over 15 years of experience managing teams and delivering large-scale IT and engineering projects. He has expertise in systems integration, business and IT process optimization, and building efficient infrastructure.
In recent years, he has focused on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency transaction analysis, and OSINT. He advises government institutions and private companies on countering cyber threats and financial crime.

He is responsible for strengthening information and cybersecurity, coordinating relevant units, and implementing a sectoral cybersecurity incident response center.
