Vitalii BalashovDeputy Minister of Digital Transformation of UkrainePreviously worked at EPAM Digital and the Kharkiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Examinations. Today, he is responsible for the cybersecurity of Ukraine’s government IT infrastructure, the security of digital services, and the implementation of modern cloud technologies. His areas of expertise also include information security standards, including those related to artificial intelligence, the development of cyber diplomacy, shaping transparent policies for cloud solutions, and fostering public-private partnerships in cybersecurity.

Yevhen DereviankoBusiness Development Director, ST&TA cybersecurity, OSINT, and blockchain investigations expert with over 15 years of experience in team management and large-scale IT projects. His background includes systems integration, business and IT process optimization, and infrastructure development.
He currently focuses on cybersecurity, cryptocurrency transaction analysis, and OSINT, advising government institutions and private companies on cyber threats and financial crime.
